Many of our graduates have been kind enough to share their comments regarding their experiences.

“MCU has given me a sneak peek of what my life would look like with a career in a financial institution. My experience here has not only strengthened my interest in finance, but it has confirmed my desire for a career in banking. I think the best part of this internship was that I made friends with other interns as well as professional relationships with those around me. I can now say that I have developed a network of professionals I can really count on.”

- Intern, Accounting Dept.

“When I interned in the Human Resource Department, I gained not only practical office experience but also a basic understanding of the financial world. As an assistant trainer in the training center of MCU, I had a lot of opportunities to interact with employees at MCU. It’s impossible for a person to experience all jobs, but through the experience I had at MCU, now I can say that I know what people do in a credit union. I believe the knowledge that I earned in MCU will be my first step to explore careers in the financial area.”

- International Intern, Human Resources Dept.

“I interned in the Marketing Department for two summers. I was able to get real first-hand experience working with other members of the department, who really valued my opinions and trusted me with a wide assortment of projects. I really think that working in marketing at MCU has given me an advantage when looking for other marketing jobs, because I can talk about the experiences I’ve had and the types of work that I’ve done. Not only that, but it was lots of fun- especially working at different events and going to MCU Park.”

- Intern, Marketing Dept.

“Through the REACH program, I now have an advantage over my colleagues in High School.”

- Intern, Loan Operations.
